New Bracelets Must Be Broken In..
We use 1mm string, which is the strongest string that can be made with a beaded bracelet. While this allows for the bracelet to be durable, it also requires the bracelet/s be broken in.
We recommend wearing the bracelet/s for at least a week to allow the bracelet/s to form. Once broken in, you will notice they will easily slide and slide off your wrist and feel comfortable throughout the day.

Giving a Gift?
All bracelets come with a canvas back and a thank you card. We do not include printed invoices in our packages. Why? Saves us paper and money. We take those savings to grow the Molava community and give back! (Serious note, if you need a printed packing slip, just email us, we will include one!)

Issues with Bracelet After Ordering?
Stuff happens. You dropped the bracelet on the floor and one of the beads cracked. Your daughter decides to flush one down the toilet (Yep, that happened to us). Or on rare occasions, the knot breaks in the back of the bracelet. We offer a full guarantee on my bracelets. Therefore, if anything happens to them, just reach out to via email (support@molavaco.com) and we can work on a replacement. Depending on the order size will determine if the bracelets needs to be sent back.
Can I Swim with Molava Bracelets?
Short Answer is it depends on the bracelet. The Cedar wood beads should be kept as dry as possible but getting them wet occasionally will not damage the bracelet. Adding olive oil to the wood beads will make them last longer. A few drops every few weeks will do.
The lava beads and all other gemstones seem to do just fine in Water. We go to the beach and we always wear them in the water.
Our advice.. Wear them and enjoy them! We offer a full guarantee on every bracelet sold.
